Anyone have a picture of an onkyo tx-670

Hello all, I'm trying to find a picture of the speaker selector switch on an Onkyo tx-670. The markings on mine have worn off, and before testing I want to make sure I don't give power to any speaker outputs that have no speakers connected. Thanks in advance!

doubt you will hurt the unit turning on speaker outputs that don't have speakers hooked up.

But if you post a nice pic, I'm sure some can help you figure out the controls.

See, I've always had the same thoughts about that, but someone begged me not to do this. He said it could wreck the output transistors and other components if a load wasn't attached, so now I'm pretty terrified of accidentally turning on speaker outputs without a load.

I did figure out that the first "click" are the "A" speakers. After that, I don't know for sure. Onkyo faceplates always lose the lettering.

going to guess . far left Receiver Off, first click A, second click OFF, third click B, fourth click C, last right click A + B

I always make sure the volume is all the way down before powering an amp up or down. I believe that makes the position of the speaker selector irrelevant. If I am wrong on this, somebody please advise...

Just the picture I was looking for. Thank you. With other pictures I was unable to really see the markings due to the low image quality.

Usually but perhaps not always.. on the back of the receiver at the speaker connects reads the ohms and sometimes what you can hook up for a+b? Unfortunately this series online presents few user manuals.

Yes to rubbing off the front printing (on many onkyo's) is because somebody used alcohol based as a cleaning fluid.
