I've purchased a few manuals from them, never any issues.
It has been a while though.

I see it's only been a few days, I wouldn't push the panic button yet.

I just bought some manuals from Rick a few weeks ago. His quality is top notch.

Usually takes at least a week to show up here in the mail in central North Carolina. Ordered two manuals last year from them, high quality copies. Like mail order in the old days, you order and wait for it to show up. No tracking back then.

They have several otherwise-impossible-to find manuals that I would very much like to order. Reputation for quality is outstanding and the pricing is very reasonable.

But... when I start to read how to buy/pay (and all of the other "read this first" crap) for the order I start to get a big bloody headache and just walk away. First rule of business: make it really easy for the customers to throw money at you!!!

Maybe I'm just getting old ( methinks that's a given at this point) but my patience ain't what it used to be. Which was nonexistent to start with. Nowadays I'm running at a deficit

My other go to for paper manuals (anything that I might work on more than once) is servicemanuals.net

My go to place for quality copies of manuals. They even do the wide foldouts for schematics identical to the factory manual.

Covid, weather ... patience ... they tend to be worth the wait.

I was nervous when I placed my first order there based on the strictness of ordering instructions. I even told him so. It was a trouble free transaction and I got a good hard to find product in a timely manner.
I've ordered more from him since that first time.
I guess you could just follow the instructions, which are not that hard to follow. Or do without the manuals "you'd very much like to order". The choice is yours to make.

Paid for a manual in Jan 28. Have emailed them twice and no word whatsoever.

There is a vendor, a one man operation, I think, that folks would get upset after a week or three and once they came to ak to talk about it after more than enough time for the parts to show up the thread got started and the parts showed up the next day. It was odd, happened a few times in a row. That vendor is known to be a bit slow getting stuff out but no one ever said they lost money. Not talking about tape deck belts but turntable belts and accessories if folks think this was marrs.

Let us know when the docs show up.

Hey, you can call me "Folks".
Marrs was first name that popped into my head.

But now I think it might be a vendor who advertised heavily in magazines, shut his site down and then passed away last year.
