AR3a and Sansui 8090 Good combo?

The only thing I would do is put some dielectric grease on the disk surfaces, wipers and the coil.
I restored a later set of 3as and was also pleasantly surprised to see very clean pots. Seems these don't suffer from corrosion like the older speakers.

What is the best way to remove the back of the pots without taking the whole thing out? Thanks

How do old klipsch sound compared to modern ones ? Say newer low end klipch use img woofers & tweeters are not too special.
Are older ones like kg 4 higher quality? And more bass.

I had a set of KG2’s for a while and they sounded good but the highs were too harsh for my ears. Bass was good with that passive radiator helping out. To me, the 3’s bass was better, deeper and smoother sounding.
