As he articulated his policy for stimulating the economy, he eloquently advocated for consumers to forego saving excess income and instead start consuming more. Frankly I find his prescription for moving the economy forward to be spot-on. Increased spending in the marketplace will increase demand, thereby increasing tax revenue, decreasing the unemployment rate, and jump-starting our consumption-driven economy.

Or he is just whacked out of his mind, I can't tell.
