"Audio high end store" upgrade kits?

Ordered a recap kit from the AUDI-HIGH-STORE.com for my Nakamichi SR-2E over a month ago...apparently the order was "completed" but it was never received. Anybody have similar experience with this site? Looks like I am out EURO 60 from this "store".

That sucks. Thanks for posting and letting people know their "service" leaves a lot to be desired.
 
About a year ago, I ordered a kit for my sony 630esd. After 3 months having heard nothing from them, I cancelled the order by PayPal and got a refund by PayPal.
Funny enough, within an hour after that, I got response from the seller how sorry they were. Tried it once and won't likely to try it again.
 
I bought a capacitor kit at audio high store in April of this year and I never received it. I complained and got no response. I asked for a refund of the amount paid and no response. They are not serious, be careful.
 
Well, I sure wish I had read this thread before I ordered a cap kit for my Denon DP-52F TT. I paid for the order on the 9th of Dec. On the 12th I received an email stating the order was shipped and I still have not received it. I've twice sent an email inquiry with no answer since the 4th of January.
Apparently, they're swindlers. Fortunately, it was only $39. I submitted a dispute with American Express today.

To be honest, I was a bit nerveous about the fact it had to come from Bulgaria, but I received the pacacke without any problem and it looks very good. Also it was fun communicating with the owner (I presume) Svetlin Kolev. Will order from them again.

It was easy to do the recap?? I want to do the same in my au-d9 . Did you hear any improvement?
