Phisimone, like I mentioned in the other thread, the 202 and 202+ takes all that is good about the 140, adds more power and headroom, and addresses the mild weakness in bass the 140 has with a very hearty and nicely controlled bass delivery.
It basically negates the minor bass complaint of the 140 that Stereophile had (they loved everything else about it), and adds more muscle.
