My money would be on Eminence or Utah, 2nd place bets would be Becker, Rola, maybe CTS.

It's not an Altec or JBL, of that i'm quite sure.

I gotta jump on the Utah band wagon on this one.
The giveaway is the "dot" on the dome which could be a small vent, or just a felt pad used to smooth the response coming off the dome. Neither JBL or Altec ever did this on their extended range/MI drivers.

There are a couple other brands that used a vent like that, i have some full range Oaktrons that have a vented shiny dustcap.

I also have a pair of alnico Eminence 15's from an Earth bass cabinet that also have the vented shiny caps like that.

But given the vintage, and package of the cab in the OP, i think Utah is the no brainer until proven otherwise, they were a HUGE oem supplier to the industry.

Looks like a RSC Ultimus woofer. Is it an orange textile or treated paper
surround?. A square 54oz magnet would give it away, (12b54 or 15b54)...

I don't have any more info.
It was a CL ad, and was wondering about it for future use.
I don't have any JBL, or Altec experience, but as a bass player, I haven't seen a vented dustcap on any bass cabs before.
Still waiting for a response for them.

edit: On searching deeper, probably a Peavey....
