Been a while from my last post, but it seems like I picked up a bit of an rare little odd duck...

I saw the speakers yesterday at a rummage sale and they were listed at $650 and spent a little time looking then over and the guy in charge of the electronics told me that everything was going to be 50% of today. then I spent some time looking at the other junk at the sale and circled back to the electronics prior to leaving and ended up having a little small talk with the guy in charge of electronics.

This morning when I went back the speakers were still there and I grabbed them as soon as I saw them. The guy then asked me if I was into this stuff and basically said I could make a pile and he'd give me a good price. I asked him about the Mitsubishi tuner and he said I was the only person to show any interest in the three days it was out so he said I could have if for $15. (Even though it was tagged for $75.) Then he asked me if I was into older stuff and offered my the Victrola for $5 (The arm for the Victrola is still buried in the car somewhere.) and asked if could use the box of parts.

Ended up being a pretty good sale & spent another $20-30 bucks on other non-electronics stuff at the sale to!

Pretty cool stuff. Those speakers should be interesting and that tuner is very good not to mention a neat design.

Forgot the PD-500 mids in your list. ;) I've wondered about those, being a horn mounted 5" cone... That 302 is an excellent driver and worth the price of admission alone.

That is a marvelous tuner. Congratulations! Even at $75 it would have been a steal.

+1 on the Mitsubishi tuner, it's a real good'un. I've got a Mitsu DA-R20 receiver here with the same tuner and it's awesome!
