Beocenter 9500 Speaker Pop - Power Up

Greetings,

I am currently restoring a B and O Beocenter 9500. Recently it has developed a loud pop through the power link and passive outputs on initial power up from stand by. Doesn't matter which source is selected.

Is this a failing cap issue? Couldn't find any previous posts on this issue. Hope to get an idea on where to chase this down.
