Bolly, good luck with your surgery tomorrow.. hope it goes well for you, and you enjoy a speedy recovery!

Just remember, when the meds start wearing off try to visualize your next "SCORE" ...perhaps thinking about a stack of Brystons will help take the edge off!

Good Luck!

Scott said it magnificently. Prayers for success and speedy recovery on their way for you, Greg. :thmbsp:

Greg,

It's hard to lay down on the table and yield full control. Try this perspective: you are yielding control to your creator, instead of the doctors. He is able to guide the hands of the medical personnel and inspire them in their work. This is exactly what I'm praying for, on your behalf.

See you on the flip side, and good success in the repair work. See if they won't re-cap and re-foam you while they're in there. A little Deoxit-5 couldn't hurt either.

I'll be sending up flares with your name on them till I hear from ya! Wake up in fully operational condition. Minty! (not like ePay's minty) :)

Later my friend,

What he said - and maybe they can wax your front panel, too :D

Best wishes!

you guys here are the greatest!

thank you very much guys for your kind words. Only day surgery(left-shoulder ligament repair) but, I hope the guy wakes up on the right side of the bed tomorrow.

thanks lv

me shoulder Alan, has a huge problem with keepin the rest of my arm in the socket...or something like that, hopefully it's only 2 staples and a pin.

Greg-I got thru my little thing w/flying colors, I see no reason you shouldn't too. Sat & Sunday will prolly be kinda tough, but I'd imagine come Monday you'll start to feel like a human again. Assuming shoulders are like knees, that is...It WILL let you know real quick which ways you can move it & which ways are a no-no. The worst part for me was not being able to take a shower for a week-amazing how gamey you get just laying on yr butt. Anyhow, good luck, you're tougher than it is, remember what Rabbi Rich said, & we'll ALL be thinkin' of you !!-Sandy G.

Wow, I must have missed out on a lot during my move cuz I didn't even know about this! At any rate, my thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Wishing you all the best Greg on a speedy recovery! :thmbsp:

It's been said, but your friends will be here for you, when you get back up to full wattage

Take care Buddy!
