This coming just a day or two after that PL-570 hit $800. :scratch2: Are we seeing the start of a trend in turntable prices? Is the "resurgence of vinyl" hitting critical mass, reaching the "tipping point" where vintage turntables become the "must have" status symbol among the trend-setting cognoscenti, and in the wild ensuing frenzy to obtain one regardless of cost, even BOTL turntable models start to hit three figures?

I sort of doubt it. But "auction fever" or whatever is showing us some surprisingly high prices on some TTs!
