I got a Rockwell-Collins Mark 8 mixer in for repair. Anyone here know of a source for documentation? My usual searches came up dry. T I A

Many years ago I supported that version of console for a while in a satellite uplink network facility. Don't recall much of any issues...but about 40 years does tend to blur things a little. Maintained several and even installed new the Autogram console that was the following company version of the next gen board after that Mark 8. Don't recall now if there was any structural similarity or not. But in case there is and you didn't stumble into it already, a manual for that next gen is on-line at the World Radio History site...

Good luck with your repair!

EV3,

Rockwell/Collins console division was spun off as Autogram. I used to maintain a AutoGram IC-8A (worst problems I encountered was power supply damage when it took a lightning hit. and it had to get some bad diodes, and transistors replaced in the Power Supply). It was tough as nails, sounded great, and reliable. Good luck to the OP on his repairs.
