Not sure he has to put a price. I don't see in CL rules that state he must.
They used to. Said right out that "Craigslist is not an auction", but that was in the TOA.
Since 2/12 they have a TOU and this is the best I can find...

He should post a price; CL isn't an auction.
If I've taken the time to look at his page and he hasn't done his job right, I flag it. Just a click and it's done.
Heck, if he reads AK at all beyond just tapping into us to pimp his sales, he'd see that this happens quite a bit here.
