Its Klipsch day in my town

Heresies...I would offer $200 for the speakers, and leave the rest for him.
The stands are not original.

$50 .... $200 really? Heresy's in good shape are easily worth $350 or 400 used BUT : These Heresy's are odd ... not Heresy II's and not the 70's vintage Heresy's ... not H III's - can someone help me out? Crites upgrades?


BTW :
Throw a tube amp on a good set of Heresys add a sub and stand back. I have owned many JBL sets, L40's, L100, L150's, Pioneer HPM 100's, Polk SDA, ADS 710's and 1230's ... Loved em all but I have always thought the Klipsch Heritage series with the right tube amp was a cut above. You just have to know how to make them sing.

Bah humbug,

I borrowed a set of Heresy's from my buddy.
He said I wouldn't like them.
He was right.
WHY anyone thinks something that needs tube amps and a sub-woofer to sound good is worth $400+ is a complete mystery to me.

Maybe that IS a magic combination, but $400 will get me a very good set of speakers that don't need all that special care.

I contacted the guy.....wanted to know what Heresy they where....the seller is the original owner says they say Heresy ll on the back........also says its a deal package. Hel also knows the the speakers are the prize here
