Thats about what I guessed for shipping cost.

I hope you will enjoy the DL-103. Regarding amplifier I think it depends on what you want/need. The C-375BEE is a powehouse but I´m not sure you need that. The Denon is as far as I know the only one with a built in phono stage which will also handle both MM and MC carts.

You can install a phono stage on the Nad amps which take MC at additional costs. As for the power of the c375bee, I'm mostly interrested in what the power does for the sound at lower volumes. Guess I'll find out tomorrow.
I really want to hear the Roksan Kandy K2 also before I decide, but Roksan is very poorly distributed in Norway.
