OK, if the tweeters are orange or reddish or tannish (probably just faded) they are probably originals. There was variation in the actual color of them. The serial number you gave seems a bit low for 1973 but that's not definite, either. The sales of Advents really took off a little later so that could be OK.
If the flange is still there on the surround and it just let loose from the glue, regluing would be fine but if the surround is ripped, regluing doesn't work very well. I've tried it and cracks/rips will appear where the tear is. But, like I said, if the surround is still intact, there's no reason regluing it shouldn't work. Good luck.
