Can someone ID this resistor?

Can anyone ID brand/value of this resistor.
I am just too color blind challenged.

Unsolder and lift the leg connected to the yellow cap and test it to be sure.

Don't need to lift an end of the cap if the ohmmeter uses a DC test current, which just about all of them do. Wait a bit for settling time & snap a reading.
