Yeah they are a great couple. I usually do the small repairs and upkeep and lawn regiment without asking for reimbursement. I've also fixed mowers, a pressure washer and even their all in one stereo they brought to me. Plus I've only had one rent increase in the six years I've been here even though they could easily get $300+ more a month for it.
This place is pretty much the same condition as the day I moved in and they like that. I did alter some things but I kept the original stuff which can be put back the way it was easily.
