Can't access ak database

Been trying to access ak database and I get this

That works but I can't login with my username and password to add to the database?

thats odd neither can i .. tried password reset then it said i dont exist .. i know i exist .. or at least i think i do .

Anybody have any ideas why this is happening?can anyone (member)access the database and add to it and let me know?

The database login is only for administrators. It is used for uploading and managing files. All documents can be accessed and downloaded without logging in.

So this begs the question where do we send the files to be uploaded to the database?iirc members use to do it themselfs.

I don't know if members could ever directly upload documents themselves? There has been a DBA fulfilling that function since at least 2011.

Files to be uploaded should be sent to ak.pdfs@gmail.com The database has a size limit of 20MB per document and PDF format is preferred. Usually files will uploaded within a week of receipt.
