So I've become sort of infatuated with old record consoles and portable record players and now have 5 project pieces; 2 Sears Silvertone portables and 3 consoles. I'm starting with what seems like the easiest (the smaller Silvertone) and would like to replace the 2 caps and transistor, but after searching and searching cannot find replacement components with these ratings. Can anyone give me some advice?
Caps:
Tubular .02 mfd., 400 V
Electrolytic, 20 mfd. @ 25 V (A); 20 mfd. @150 V (B); 40 mfd. @ 150 V (C)
Tubular .06 mfd., 200 V
Transformer: 150 ohms D.C. primary resistance, 1.6 ohms secondary impedance
Thanks for any help you can give me (my first post too)!
