only if notification switched off ..fine otherwiseGentlemen - I'm still not receiving e-mail notifications when new posts show up in watched threads nor new conversations. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
I have the same problem. Effectively being unsubscribed from threads due to not getting notifications. I've informed the mods, posted on this forum and it remains a shitfight. I know we had to go over to this new forum. The old format was crap. Blah blah blah.

Oh yeah. It has nothing to do with notifications being switched off. They aren't.
I haven't changed anything. Just having problems with notifications, no smileys, lost a social group forever, deleted image from signature and more that I can't think of now.I did change my e-mail address in the Contact Details to a different one, and I'm now receiving e-mail notifications (to a gmail account.) Switch back to my old sbcglobal.net account, and no notification. So, if you have a second e-mail account, perhaps you can try that exercise?
Done all of that. Makes no difference.i find it important to mention if its fine for them or not .. it can help whoever is working on these issues .. also it might be better to add if having problems what operating system and browser you are having problems with . and maybe trying a different browser ..
simply clearing cache and history in the browser can fix some issues as it is remembering old codes etc after they have been updated ..
after exhausting everything you tried at your end report back with what you have tried and the powers that be will look into it for sure .
ok here we go ..
linux ubuntu ...
slimjet browser .
not cleared anything for ages ..
all working fine as far as i am aware .. just user error on my part for me ..
i feel for those having to be patient ..i am sure it will be ironed out and dont forget there was a time before the internet ..
I've been runni9ng into the problem, from the opposite side. Mail, from AK, going to users using Office 365 for their mail client, are getting bounced. I have requested delisting, but it doesn't seem to have taken effect yet. Maybe a decision is still pending.
Are any of you, with the aforementioned problem, using Win 10 and Office 365?
That explains it - haven't received an e-mail notification from AK for a very long time.
