Cantilever not parallel with cartridge body

Things looked and sounded fine when I went to pick it up from the shop that fixed it. After looking at things more closely when I got home though, I noticed that the cantilever appears to be askew from the cartridge body itself. What I mean is, when the cantilever emerges from the cartridge it’s not exactly at a parallel angle to the square body. Hopefully you all can see this in the pictures that I’m attaching. I suppose it’s pretty close, but at the same time seems kind of obvious that it’s a little off. Is this a problem in anyway? Does it affect sound quality or the way the diamond will wear over time? Does this mean I need to set the VTA slightly off to accommodate for this?

If it were me, I’d have them straighten it.

Most things like that get blamed on the cleaning lady. Jos Long said fixing those goofs is a big part of his business.
But it shouldn’t be coming back from the retipper like that.
 
If that's straight from the retipper, then Coolhand's advice is perfect. If it's that way after using for a while, it can be caused by too much anti-skate (if I recognize which end is up in the pics), and can be adjusted by reducing AS for a while.
 
If it was like that out of the box, send it back. If it's still like that when you get it back the second time, find a new retipper.
