Annie Lennox - Bare, 2003
I've always like the Eurythmics and Annie Lennox. I was bit shocked at this cover, but not surprised. Annie was always pushing her creativity.
Finally got to hear this album. I like it. In contrast to the cover, the music is full of color and depth.

Carly Simon - Moonlight Serenade, 2005. DualDisc CD/DVD, two sided.
Jazzy, Big Band and unplugged kinda groove. Some aging artists have given this style a go. Which is cool, I'm getting old too. This one is well done.

85 CDs for $8. Amazing. At $15 each that would be $1,275. :)

At a garage sale once, just down the street from my brother's house, I got 300 CDs for $80. There was even 2 each MFSL 24k golds, a few plus high dollar CDs, some boots, and... two (or three) autographed CDs. Didn't know the artists or bandsI took the autographed ones back and they thanked me. It was personally signed to them. Positive Vibes!!

Guess the bottom has really dropped out on CD market BAD, BUT... it's a fantastic time for CD album collectors! I just got 6 M- CDs today for $2 each and two more double CD slim cases just for the cases - another $4. Total $16. Cool. None of the CDs had a high resale value but two were classics (Getz/Gilberto & Miles Davis Kind of Blue), 2 others were other Jazz, and one was a real 'odd ball'. Music from Nepal, local Mt. Everest type 'mountain music vibe', music made locally - not found on eBay, Amazon, Discogs, or Bing Image. It's like it just doesn't exist. Local made.

Just played one song - pretty 'far out' & very relaxing. I like it!!

It's all Big Fun!!
