Celestion 3 MKii tweeter replacement/specs?

I picked up a pair of these from Goodwill today, only to find BOTH tweeters are shot. Opened one cab up, it's reading open, no ohm reading. Tried looking up P/N on the tweeter's magnet, to no avail. They were only $5 each, so not too bad of a loss. Both woofers work.

Voice coil winding looks burnt on the tweeter I opened up.

Does anyone know either A - where I could find replacement diaphragms for these (magnet does separate from diaphragm easily) or know what the impedance and sensitivity are? There's a 2.2 ohm 7w resistor in the crossover network, can read the cap value but have no idea what the inductor rating would be - otherwise I'd try to just find a similarly spec'd tweeter and call it a day.

Being english speakers.. are you from EU? or USA..

Could be diaphragms available....
These are HF types.. could be 4ohm tweets.. but unit specs are 8ohm.

Yeah - speakers are rated 8 ohms, measured the woofer at about 5.3ohm DC resistance. I feel like really the only way I might be able to tell really based off the rated X over point on the specs, is to do some reverse engineering and pull apart the crossover to see what the inductor rating is (the cap has rating printed on it), by having the specs of the 12dB/oct hi pass xover parts and knowing what the xover point is supposed to be, I feel then I could have a better guess at what sensitivity and DC resistance, and frequency range wise for a future tweeter.

I'd search for original tweeters on ebay. I've read that some other models share the same diaphragm, and you can use them on your magnet-faceplate assembly.

Yeah it looks like they are on there - but they are way more than I paid for the speakers themselves! I might just part them out, at this point. I've also emailed Celestion - let's see what they say!

The tweeters cost more than what you paid for the speakers with blown tweeters. Spares are usually expensive compared to used gear. Think if you want to keep the speakers, or if you can buy a cheaper replacement tweeter.

I recently fixed a pair of NAD speakers fitting $20 tweeters on them because getting good tweeters from overseas would mean at least $150 just for the tweeters (without labor).
