    Looking to put my turntable back in service

    I pulled two turntables out of storage this weekend and neither of them fared so well. One probably isn't worth messing with (Technics SL-BD20D) but the other one is nice and I want to do whatever it takes to get it back in service.     Celestion 3 MKii tweeter replacement/specs?

    I picked up a pair of these from Goodwill today, only to find BOTH tweeters are shot. Opened one cab up, it's reading open, no ohm reading. Tried looking up P/N on the tweeter's magnet, to no avail. They were only $5 each, so not too bad of a loss. Both woofers work. Voice coil winding looks...

    Splicing RCA cables on Technics SL-1200mkiI (Quartz Lock?!?!)

    Real quick... Anyone have an explanation as to why the quartz locked speed of the platter malfunctions when splicing new RCA cables with the OEM cables?
