No other new McIntosh products to be announced??

Not at this location. We will have another display for new products which is private invitation only. The press will cover it though.

thanks,
Ron-C

Hi Ron C,

When will McIntosh post the new XRT200's in the website. Recognise its slow, but its already been some time. Dying to see it ... and the short write ups! Would the MA6600 be enough to bring out their best performance? Please advise. Thanks!

Cheers!

Jerry,

You nean MA6600 I hope. The XR200 is rated for up to 600 watts. The 6600 will power them fine. I will be using the MC1.2K amps at the show with the 500 stack though, because I can....

Thanks,
Ron-C

Hi Master,

I like to think big BUT my pocket's small & shallow !!!

You have always been a good mentor ... remember, I did once get 2 sets of MC1201's .... and I will .. except this time - 3 sets, and when I do this POWER move, it will be my "Ultimate" system ... one last bang! :thmbsp:

Meanwhile, just keep saving for that to happen.

The smaller system is for the Study Room where I can work and still enjoy my music while the Vintage is still for my late, late night listening (plus playing the small vinyl collection I had amassed for the LP12 combo of almost same vintage). So Ron, the MC2205 stays "married" as a family to that combo!

Sigh! So many McDesires and so little money! :tears:

Cheers!

If time allows you we should get together.

This will be my first CES. I'll be travelling with Dave.

Ivan, if you see a 'Mutt and Jeff' looking pair coming toward you, it will probably be us.
