Common vintage MM cart worthy of a high end setup?

Never forget the Grace F9E or especially the F9 Ruby. The Nagaokas are nice cartridges also.

The OP said "common" and the Grace is anything but that, being rather rare in availability and quality. I'm sure that most Grace owners are like me and won't even consider getting rid of theirs. I like mine so much I had it retipped and will do it again when the time comes.

Almost everything that we appreciate from that era is now uncommon. The OP also said "worthy of a high-end set-up".That in itself dictates that we are either putting-forward examples of TOTL cartridges or we're not addressing the criterion set before us.

Unless of course, you don't consider the F9 Ruby or the F-9E worthy of a high-end setup? :smoke:

I assure you I most certainly think that it would fit the bill magnificently and it should be trumpeted to the heavens that anyone looking for a fine cartridge for a high-end setup:

Look for a Grace F9.

Wow I think the price,just went-up again.....:thmbsp:
