Can anybody ID the components in this console, besides the Dual TT.

After my orignal post, I did not hear anything from the seller. I gave up, I did'nt think I would hear back, or it had already been sold. Three and a half months later, yesterday, I get a call asking if I was still interested in the console. Pretty decent cabinet, but no speakers. Dual 1219 TT, Sansui TU-666, Sansui AU-555A, and a pair of Pioneer CS-05. I guess it was worth the wait.

So, even though the console has provision for internal speakers, there were none installed? Are there round cut-outs, as if speakers had ONCE been there?

No holes, no speakers were ever installed. But the solid panels and grill cloth, do come out. I'm think of just sliding in a pair of cabinets that will fit in the space. My only canidates so far, is a pair of Ohm Ls. Just about everything else I have are to big.

Beautiful. :thmbsp:

Since it doesn't look like the speaker areas could be easily modified for storage, why not load them with something interesting?... Vintage full range/coax/triax, for instance.
Any maker's marks on the cabinetry?

that has to be one of the coolest consoles I have ever seen!! I would try and use the baffles it came with, the heathkit coaxes may be a great match.that belongs in a room full of midcentury modern furniture!
