Because a bunch of troll-buddies came in during 2024, conspired to start arguments and get the once-quiet thread shut down.
But it didn't work - we have the names of all the newer posters, have removed their New arguments from the thread, and have a warning -
if you come in with the same tired whines trying to get the thread closed, we will ban you from the site.

We once had a thread where people showed off their cables, and shared ideas on how to assemble them, or maybe you know a good place to get pre fabricated ones. I miss a thread like that so here we go. For a while I have wanted to get my interconnects sorted out, I think I have reached that...
