Crossover Upgrade Help

The fact that it's well secured doesn't detract at all from the overall tidiness of the layout.

Liking the bindings posts. Mind sharing where you sourced those beauties?
 
I just did another set because I am picking up a pair of the same speakers. This time I made them look nicer and I spent extra time soldering, I used flux on all connections, something that I did not do with the first crossovers, and I cleaned the connections to help prevent any oxidation that might occur before using two layers of heat shrink, new l-pads were also installed. Perhaps some of what I did was overkill but I am happy with the end result.
I am a big fan of these speakers, thus why I spent the cash and time on the crossovers, the last speakers that I owned that were similar in size was the ADS L710s, I regret selling them but it's my opinion that these Sound Dynamics might be just as good as the ADS, maybe not but I don't have them to do a comparison, one thing that I do know for sure, I do like the sound dynamics 10s better than the KG4s I owned a couple years ago.

Hope that I am not beating this to death but I have another question regarding my choice of caps. I purchased the Dayton Precision Caps because they are easy on the wallet and because I thought the +/-1% tolerance might be better for crossovers. I am second guessing my decision and wondering if I should have went with better caps such as a sonicap for example, apparently they are a better choice but I don't know if I would hear the difference, not that my hearing is bad but I am 55 and my hearing probably is not as good as it use to be.
Anyway, the speakers sound good to me but I wonder if I am missing something by not using better capacitors, I also understand that my speakers are probably looked down on by some audiophiles who would probably tell me not to spend any more money on them but I like the speakers enough to not want to get rid of them, so as keepers, I am torn between leaving them as is which I find enjoyable or replace the caps with something better in hopes that I might hear an improvement in sound quality, if they would be noticeably improved, I would not mind spending the extra money to make them better.
Any suggestions by the more experienced? It seems like the rabbit hole is getting deeper over something that might have diminishing returns, I understand that no one can tell me what to do, I am just looking for advice that might help make a decision.

Hello, I have a pair of S10's that I would like to upgrade the crossover. Would you have a list of items you purchased to make these and a schematic. I had a pair in high school and used them through college. I drove 4 hours into Canada from Buffalo to buy a pair, that's how much I like these speakers. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

So I have the speakers completed, I notice an improvement in the bass and clarity, these are actually pretty good sounding speakers, at least I am happy with them. Here is a couple of pics, I know the hot glue makes the crossover look crappy but I did not care much about how it was going to look, no one ever sees the crossovers.
