Dam Young 'Uns !

Deleting history could be a good thing. I find my Internet browser to be slow when the history and whatnot is not cleared. On the other hand, I'd be pissed to have my passwords cleared

Uh so why did he have to clear browsing history ? You may want to check your keyboard, mouse, chair, and desktop for UHS (Unidentified Human Slime) :stupid:

Someone needs to learn how to use InPrivate Browsing / Private Browsing mode ... :naughty:

Put him in an uncomfortable chair. Tie his hands behind his back. Put a lamp 3 feet from his face and start asking questions.

Don't forget the guy in the corner, cracking his knuckes.

He probably just cleared password cache, because he entered his password for FaceBook.

Yep, I wouldn't be so fast to pass judgement on the porn viewing, kids can be pretty protective of their Facebook accounts.

Knowing Jess as well as I do, I tend to think he just cleaned out the Password cache, he DOESN'T want anyone to get into his Facebook. But he'd been into Bethany's, she'd downloaded a bunch of photos, & I got him to download a few of 'em. Need to call her, her husband Cory got deployed to The Big Sandbox for 18 months here a couple of weeks ago, I understand she's kinda low...Gotta take care of my Bethany, you know...I promised Cory I'd take care of her, can't go back on my word to a serviceman.

Frankly I consider a computer a personal item.
I never use other peoples computer and NO ONE touchs mine. PERIOD!!!

But he cleared the history too. Not that many reasons for clearing the history on someone else's computer. Well, there's one I can think of... You don't want them to know what sites you visited.

Agreed!!! Ditto~~~

Sorry to hear of your travails Sandy.

I got where I couldn't remember the PW's to all the media sites, forums, mail order places, Swedish bikini team <kidding!>, etc. Finally had to make a sheet. Of course, once you put them down, either electronically or in pencil, there they are. I use a two-piece system: a common word which is NOT written down and only shown as *, which I can remember. Each site has its own suffix - so an AK PW might be *karma for example. Unless someone gets the * part the list is safe.

I have my passwords memorized for the sites I'm on frequently. My browsing history gets cleaned out often.

I'm using KeePass, an open source password database.
It stores your passwords encrypted. You are the only one with the power to use the stored passwords (and the FBI and CIA of course).

Pretty much the same system I've been using fora years and years.. most times I include a special charector between the two words, or at the beginning or end of the complete password, or at the ends and between..

I've almost never forgotten a password with this system.. and the couple times I have forgotten a passowrd, it was a site that wouldn't allow my pattern..

Now Sandy, I don't want to put a match to this but I have 4 boys and with their friends using the computer, they can really screw it up. It sounds like maybe they were somewhere where they shouln't have been and wanted to cover their tracks by thinking they could delete the places where they were on the net. Just a thought here. I caught one of my son's that were on cartoon porno of all things. Talk about getting band from the computer. Yes.

That is Hentai. "Cartoon porn" is soooooo 60's, Man. :smoke: :D

Cartoon porn-I remember THAT from the Seventies-R. Crumb & his creations...Fat Freddy's Cat, Angelfood McSpade, Tales of LUST, etc...
