Last of the Baby Boomers
I didn't really know where to put this, I want as much exposure as possible, and it involves speakers, so I figure this is appropriate.
The other day I came home from a really bad bad day at work, we've all had them.... Right? Well, I entered my house and in my front entrance I was met by huge boxes. I asked Shawn (yungin), "what the hell is all this?" Then he told me that Dave and a bunch of others (I don't know who all was involved, so please chime in), pitched in together and sent two pairs of Indignia speaker kits to us straight from PE. Holey ****!!!!! I had just been pounded at work for a solid eight hours, nothing was going right at all. I came to all this, and just about crapped myself. Talk about going from a miserable ass to high as a kite, in one second. I am not at all very good with putting to words how I feel about things, and I know that this deed deserves something great to be said about it. Y'all let me say that I do love those speakers, but what you all have done means much much more to me than receiving a pair of speakers. I cannot believe that you all would something so freekin' awesome for me! Holey cow, you guys have made my whole year, and I thank you all from the very bottom of my heart. I wish I could truly put to words how you all have made me feel. I really feel like I'm part of this family, and am humbled by your all's generosity. Thank you guys so much!! These speakers mean the world to me, and I will build them with as much care as one can muster! I hope I don't sound too corny, but it's how I feel. These things are bitchin', and I really do appreciate them, more than you all know!! All I can say for now is THANK YOU ALL, and some day I will pay this forward. I am waiting on the iron core inductors that were back ordered, and when they come in, I will immediately begin on the build, and keep you all posted as how they are coming along. Once again, I hope it is appropriate to post this here, as I know that this forum has a lot of traffic, and it is a story about speakers. If the mod's deem necessary, please feel free to relocate it to it's proper forum.

, but when reading the tag it says Dads name I begin to wonder what it was, Dad allows me to open his packages while he's at work to be sure things are OK from shipping, first I pop open the small box of components WOW!, read the receipt saying Dave Newman. this is just great guys really this board and the people on it are awesome! and the fact that you would send any one here any thing just simply because you can means the world!.
