Dayton Audio DA30 vs TPA3116 2.1

Hi, i'm look for the best portable amp for travelling, i've found these two which do you think is better? Or another choice?

I'll be using a laptop, soundblaster audio card, 1 energy speaker and 1 orb speaker.

Even with the power supply (Yes, it comes with one. However, it's totally inadequate.) it's still less than either of your selections. Many AK posters have one or more of these Lepai amplifiers. I have bought two. I gave one to my brother and he dropped it, So I gave him the other.

looks kinda flimsy that amp, might break on the road.

Also i've heard there is hiss problem? What is with the bass out put connectors -can i connect to my energy speaker and get more bass or do i need a woofer?

The 2.1 allows connection of a sub but that implementation is lacking. I'd get a Breeze Audio TPA3116.
