Daza's To Find List...Next 24. "have a Look, leave a comment"?

I can highly recommend the 2012 mastering 40th anniversary - "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars"

I concur. The package with the vinyl and the DVD is very, very nice. I have an original US pressing and I think it sounds stellar, but I do trust KenInDC's knowledge and would love to hear a UK pressing.

These kinds of hunts are addictive. I typically do tons of research on a few titles when I have some money to blow and become very patient. It might take weeks, months to find the right copy, but when I do I will overbid to get it. On the other hand, there are other bands with great catalogues that can still be gotten cheap, such as Fleetwood Mac, Robin Trower, etc.

The MFSL release of Crime of the Century is jaw-droppingly good.

I just bought a 1974 nz pressing of Crime of the Crntury for 6 bucks just 20 mins ago, haha it had only been listed for 7 mins haha. The condition isn't flash but at that price I'll take a gamble.

Woohoo Daza.

Cheers mate. I only hope with a good clean it sounds better than she described after I bought it. "It has a snap crackle and pop" being its going to be my first time I've played this album, if I really enjoy it I can use this as filler while keeping an eye our for a descent copy.

Move Crime of the Century up the list, I recall being blown away by the depth of that recording the first time I heard it. Your list only has a couple hard to find ones. Sticky Fingers is one I have been looking for and they are not an easy find around here, Cant you hear me Knocking is my fav song of theirs. I would recommend Communique and Making Movies over Brothers in Arms. Pet Sounds is an awesome mono recording.

Crime has gone up the list alright, I played the one I just won, and disappointed in sound quality do may opt for the 40th anniversary issue.
