DBX-BX3 - Help!

Emitters are usually rated pretty low. Ive replaced .28's with .25's ect. As long as they were close and the amp would bias up and dc offset will adjust to where you need it.

Power Output (RMS. 8 ohms. 20-20 kHz)
4ch driven 125W x4 (THD<0 003%)
3ch.driven 125W x2 (THD<0003%) 350 W x l (THD<0 01 %)

I have a BX3-MkI with a blown channel. Upon examination of the board, I found that KD2 diode was reversed. Any other has found this problem? From studying the circuit, I came to the conclusion that it is intrinsically unstable and prone to blow up, especially when trying to make adjustments. I now hesitate to connect it to valuable speakers.. Any one can help me to fix the damaged board, or has a spare? Tnx to all..
