Fair price here but no deal imo. I'm thinking...... nope I know they'll take the back seat to your BA's. I had a pair of 700's and they didn't stick around too long. They sound great until you directly compare them to something else and then you realize their shortcomings.

I had a pair boston acoustics ba400's at the same time as the 700's and the 400's easily bested the tf's. I'm thinking your 930's are at least on par with the 400's or possibly a step above. In a direct comparison vs the 400's the 700's most noticeable shortcoming to me were it's mids and highs. They sounded rolled off and muddy vs the bostons. What I did like about them though was their light weight, small footprint and easy placement.

Comparing A70s to TF750s? No comparison, the DCMs win, hands down. You won't find more miraculous imaging than a well placed, well sorted DCM Time Frame or Time Window.

IMO, older Bostons like A70s or 400s couldn't hold a candle to the larger DCM TFs, or TWs. Then again, I've never been a big fan of those old Bostons... so much so, that I haven't really bothered to listen much to their newer models like the T930s.

Everyone hears things differently I guess. For whatever reason, I just never really got all the fuss over Bostons, but DCMs always impressed me.

I don't think that model or in general T series is step above A400's.
I had T1030 that is the top of the line in that series.
T930 is two models down.
I did a direct comparison of A400 against T1030 and kept the A400's.
Good speakers but A400 beat them.

That question didn't help at all did it?..lol I suggest you go hear them instead of listening to the folks here and make up your own mind. You may love them...or feel indifferent but just go hear them.
