I think it's kind of high. A reasonable deal would be less than $100. How bad do you want them? They are a nice sounding speaker....
That seems a bit high, even in mint condition. For some reason, these fine speakers just don't fetch much money. I guess it comes down to just how bad you want them and how often a nice pair show up in your neck of the woods.
If you decide to look at this pair (or any pair of 600's), make sure that all of the three tweeters per speaker are working (one front firing and two "rear" firing).

Get those and you won't be sorry.
Give them a good listen and make sure you like the way they sound!

I had a number of pairs of DCM TimeFrame speakers and set up a home theater room with them.
When I sold them off to build an upgraded room, the TF-600s are the only pair I kept.
I kept them to use as the rear surround speakers because of their transparent sound!
$200 is a bit much for that model - make an offer for $150 - that would be a much better deal!
I stripped the black paint off the top and bottom caps of mine as I like the wood against black cloth look better.

Funny how lots of folks will let the urge to get a deal get in the way of getting a good deal.
Those are worth that price if it is in working order.
If you try and hold out, try a thread in the general audio asking how many members have not liked their 600s enough to sell them.

Knowing what they sell for in Dallas, and going strictly on resale value, you are at the top of their price range. Here, they normally go for $100-$200, so I'd offer a bit less to leave room for flipping, in case you wind up not liking them.
From a listening standpoint, as long as all the speakers work under those socks and you have them set up correctly, you probably won't want to resell them. In that case, is $200 a reasonable price for you to pay for a great pair of speakers that you'll probably keep for decades? I'd say so!
