DeoxIT

Theophilus Punoval

The Queen says it's OK...
I know there are different kinds of DeoxIT, but which is best for cleaning potentiometers and/or switches?

Also, is DeoxIT actually better than other products or is it hype?

Deoxit is the best, I have a spray can and I have the 25ml bottle that comes with a very small needle that lets out 1 drop (f100L) that I prefer over the spray.
Both work just use sparingly, too much and you will wash out the grease and then you'll need fader lube

DeoxIt D5 for pots, FaderLube for faders, Fader Grease for lubing faders that have lost their smoothness after too much cleaning.

We use Caig products exculivsley in my business and they have saved many pieces of equipment.
