Hi all,

I got a REL T3 for cheap and would like to get a 3 wire cable to do the high level input. The one from REL is $450 (lol!)

https://rel.net/shop/accessories/bassline-blue/

it seems like the Speakon connectors are $5 and I have a ton of speaker cable.

does anybody know what contacts to wire? This info is not obviously available from REL.

PS I know there is a company in the UK that sells knockoff cables, but it’s still $50 and takes weeks to get to the US.

You can buy a knockoff on eBay for $50.

What would make sense to me would be +1 and +2 as left (+) and right (+) then -1 and/or -2 as common ground. That said, with a proprietary scheme, it's anybody's guess what is actually the case. Someone should be along shortly...

FWIW, found this on an Audiogon forum post...

1+ connects to the right hand speaker red terminal at rear of amplifier or speaker

2+ connects to the left hand speaker red terminal at rear of amplifier or speaker

1- or 2- connects to either right or left speaker black terminal at rear of amplifier or speaker

So, other than left and right being reversed from my previous comment, it was a pretty good hunch.
