Do you know that for fact? I seldom find any reason to doubt your driver knowledge but in this case :scratch2: ?

All in all though it doesn't appear to be the deal of the century or anything. They may sound fine for what they are though.
 
another "solid wood" cabinet...........is there any other way for one to express that they don't know what they are talking about.

Either they are solid wood- something only an idiot would do. or they are not solid wood and the owner dose not know any better.

The mounting rim does not appear substantial enough to be part of a frame that would support the motor assembly of an active driver.
