Zektor HDS4.1 or HDS4.2 is the answer you seek. It has four sets in and one out of stereo left and right, composite video that works fine for digital audio, and three component video jacks, two of which can be used for a record signal return path from preamp/ receiver, back to a recorder. A small transformer powers the lights and push contact switches, otherwise its totally passive. They are out there on the used market.

Thanks. I returned the Azden and bought a JVC JX-S300 to handle switching duties. Came with a remote and fits in my cabinet perfectly!
