hmm it seems to be gone again.i know theres been trouble with permissions and the like for edit and delete for subscribers and non subscribers and ernie has been working on it .it comes and goes lately.

And in reality your a 10 year member right? With an average of 36.9 post a year, so I have to figure (Looking at your post count in this thread) your going to have your best year ever just because of this complaint thread and the site change.

after posting that post i see i have edit but no delete.edit for subscribers is supposes to be a unlimited time for subscribers and 2 minutes for non subscribers.no delete for non member and delete feature for members only.

It was in reference to your comment and posting of stats that you presume traffic has fallen off, so I posted a stat of yours and pointed out your traffic has gained.
BTW do you have the charts for 2014 and 2015 so we can see if traffic has fallen?

It indicates last year at this time AK was globally ranked somewhere around 29,000. Looking at the same chart it indicates it's currently ranked around 32,000. To say traffic is less today at this time than it was last year at this time is a true statement.
If you're all uptight about those numbers...heh, I don't really care. I wasn't directing my comments towards you when I posted that info. I was trying to make a point that despite some people not liking the new format and the site seeming less populated, that I'm sticking around because I think things will get worked out. In the meantime, I'm enjoying goat67s Vintage Style.
BTW the last 2 weeks of 2014 and all of 2015 so far is on that chart so I'm not sure why you're asking for 2015, look up prior year's traffic yourself.

I can easily turn the style override on or off. And yes I still find it lacking. For instance the page you are reading now look at the padding in the posts see how it is right on top of the edge.... Unprofessional it goes on and on I made numerous tweaks like this. The Replies being in the Orange beige color whats up with that?

I tried the plugin, but Avast gave security warnings, so I removed it.Is there a way to use a CSS file without a plugin?
I am trying to be patient, but for the last few weeks things seem to be going downhill. I like many of the features including the drag a pic and was getting to like not having to use my offsite hosting, but now loading pics has become an almost impossible task with at least 10 tries prior to a sucess. And slow, everything is great until you have to wait for what seem like an eternity for the ads banners to load which freezes up any progress on each click as for some reason the ad's take for ever to load on the page and while the ad banners are waiting to load your cursor won't show the links. I just did a scan and clean on my PC and its the same on every PC I have used so I don't believe it is my PC's but the site itself. And half the time you open a page it loads you to the last unread page and then tomorrow it starts at the first post of the thread, its like this place has gremlins!
And how come we still have not gotten our delete button back, it was here and then removed. It seems the first few days we saw tangible progress but now after several weeks I am seeing a reversal of that progress. I really don't care about what color the background is but when you can barely progress thru pages with long waits and complete failures to load a post, it would be nice to know why that is happening and if its going to be something that can fixed.
