Does the pam8403 IC is convinent to make a stereo output

I have a PAM IC to build a small amplifier for my DIY FM Receiver circuit. I undergone some tutorials, but they make only mono output, but i need stereo. is it possible to make stereo using PAM8403

Did you look at the data sheet? It clearly shows the chip is stereo. One of its features is "low THD+N", yet it specs 10% @ 3 watts! Hopefully that figure is lower at lower output!
