With 117V rectifier tube and GFCI circuit interrupter, it appears to be a hot chassis (like AA5) design with a voltage doubler. Not much better than an elaborated 50L6 amp, IMHO. And with "the 117Z6GT rectifier feeds two monstrous filter capacitors with a 100 ohm power resistor sandwiched in between", the rectifier tube will not last very long.
