I'm not speechless. I looked up why they have dash cams, apparently if you have no proof besides pointing the finger. The law won't be on your side.

i see a lot of unsafe speed for conditions a bunch of (probably)intoxicated motorists and peds and poorly maintained infrastructure / vehicles and poolrly secured loads.. not honestly shocked by any of it.

I had a few interesting experiences as a passenger in cars in the southern part of China, but nothing quite as bizarre as shown in this clip.

crrryyyykee...I have driven in bad places, but this is simply ridiculous. Again, Russia is spending all their money rebuilding the military and neglecting everything else like infrastructure.

as a driver in SoCal (san diego) I have seen some driving not any better than some of this...

people are out of their damn minds driving around here.... I should get a dash cam...if it has a mic my expletive laced commentary on other peoples driving would be entertaining as well.

I think they've finished most of it, but that I-40 work in Memphis for years was sure interesting. Now they're moving I-40 in OKC a couple of miles.

Trust me, you won't make a dime. They're all DOA. If you're in an accident, just wait for the Militsia, pay the required bribe, and walk away.

Of course, living in Russia, Belarus, or (best) Ukraine, would be a wonderful experience for a single guy with money. Just don't get involved in business without a local partner.:nono:

No worse than the standard of driving here in NJ. I see more near accidents in one week of driving than I did in a whole year driving in London. People here drive with the ethic if they pull out in front of you, and you hit them, it's your fault. There could be no cars behind you for a mile, but they still have to get in front of you.
