Our wage rate was 10% higher than the train operators.
But they received FAR more OT than we did.
Our retirement was based on our highest paying 4 years.
OT went to the senior people first, so I worked as much as I could the last 4 years.
Still, I didn't even come close to some of the senior train operators, who made as much as $110K-$120K their last 4 years.
