I'm at home now and with a larger image, that stylus looks ill fitting to me. Might just be the mounting screw heads in the way. I don't screw head side down - only head side up.



In any case, it looks like the cartridge is an ADC 660. Good chance you need a new needle. Only way to tell for you is listen to it and if sounds horrible or just won;t play a record then you do.



Look into stylus cleaning methods as well. I've had more than one that were caked, absolutely caked with dry crud but cleaned up OK. If you need a vendor, there's probably at lease one in the US with a compatible stylus.

It plays nice actually I just learned how to properly balance it. Thank you so much for this information.
