Dual turntable question

Of the three tables, the 1019, 1219, or 1229, is the 1019 the best for 78's?. I am thinking it would be with its slightly heavier platter but I am not sure. Any people out there using a dual for 78s? Thanks Norm

The 1019 would be my choice because the arm is not as light as the 1200 series, enabling the heavier tracking carts that are best suited for 78s.

I use a 1019 for 78s, haven't compared it to other Duals, but no complaints.

The 1019 also has more oomph than the more refined-sounding 1200 series. 78s really pound on a 1019!

The earlier 1000 series Dual's like a 1019 are better suited for 78s. Have a first generation 1009 I think would be great with 78s. My 1015 has an arm similar to a 1019. My first Dual, a 1010S would work well too.
