I think the buyer does seem a little off - but all kinds of poor form by the seller...
WTF is so hard about getting shipping right?
I eye-roll whenever I see such a disclaimer - and will likely not be doing business with that seller...
For buyers - shipping cost is very important when considering you high bid - not something that should be discovered after the fact.
Crappy pictures...and overly verbose, off topic description...
If you set you sale up correctly - all you have to do is say:
"Fair/Good/Excellent Condition" (pick one!)
And call out any known flaws...
Nobody cares that you just fixed the rack mounts...or how many times its been open. And it doesn't help to express "concern" for the future of your gear...
Being more succinct in you description will also help folks who dont speak English as a first language.
