Electro-Voice 4-pin to XLR adapter

Does anyone know of a good and inexpensive source to find adapters such as this? I am hoping to try out this EV Slimair Model 636, but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg just to do so. I found it a flea market for five bucks. It looks perfect, but it would silly to pay big bucks simply to test it out! Pictures attached. Thanks!

I have an EV 674 which looks very similar to yours and has the same connector; mine changes impedance low to high or vice-versa via change in connection wiring.

Can send you a pdf copy of my manual, but maybe you can get the proper one for your mic of the EV website...that is where I downloaded mine. I would suspect
that the impedance change scheme is the same.

I think you have to get the impedance sorted first, as if it one and you connect to the other you might think that the mic is toast, as signal will be poor.
